Draw checks to Gemwood Events. Entry: Per division: $145.00
(section 1) Stabling: $130.00 (section 5) Haul-in fee: $
20.00 (non-stabled horses). Non-compete: $ 40.00
(non-compete horses-section 1) FEH Entry fee: $50.00 , plus
USEA $10.00 starter fee.
Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Email
confirmation will be sent if address is legible. Double
entries: Not Accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA
members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed,
priority given to USEA members. Refunds: Before
C.D.-Entry/Stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee;
After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All scratches must be
in writing, received by CD 9 pm. $20 change fee for any
changes made between July 8-19. $40.00 change fee from July
20 to start of event. . $25.00 return check fee.
Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins require
for all horses within 12 months. Copy must accompany entry.
Non-competing horses – must be registered with secretary,
have a current neg. coggins and pay a $40.00 fee and
stabling or haul-in fee. Please use USEA entry form
including signed release on back.
Tentative Schedule:
Fri: Stables open 1pm. & Cross-country course open-3
pm. FEH classes TBA. Sat: All divisions: Dressage; Show
Jumping. Sun: All divisions: Cross-country.
Awards:
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Dressage ribbons 1st
–3rd per division. New overall Horsemanship award. New
Vocations sponsored: Highest placed TB award; one given at
each level.

Stabling/Veternarian:
$130/stall for duration, Fri & Sat. night. Open 1pm. on
Fri. Stall doors provided. NO BEDDING PROVIDED. Some straw
available for purchase at event. Temporary stabling on
grounds. . Veterinarian: Dr. John Nenni.# will be posted at
the scoreboard, barn, sec´y trailer, and in program.

Address: Twin Towers Park, W. 501 Yellow Springs-Fairfield
Rd., Fairborn, OH To Twin Towers Park from North, East or
West: I-70 to I-675 south. Exit for Rte. 235. Right from
exit ramp, to first right on Fairfield-Yellow Springs Rd.
Park approx. 5 miles on right. To Twin Towers Park from
South: I-75 to I-675 north to Rte. 235. Left from exit
ramp. Continue under overpass to first right on
Fairfield-Yellow Springs Rd. Continue as above.
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm.
T-2006 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test
A-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter -
2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A - Sm. arena. Arenas: 2
sand arenas, 1 grass, if entries warrant.
Cross-Country:
All courses: P/T-Moderate to average for horses with some
experience at this level. N/BN Good for move up/first time
at this level. Terrain: Mostly flat. New fences at all
levels. Starter = logs, straw, coops, not to exceed 2'3".
Starter x/c will not be timed.
Other Information:
Qualifications for Starter: Starter Horse = Horse may not
have competed above BN. Starter Rider = Rider may not have
competed above BN. Cross-country closed July . 6th. Levels
may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state
preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on
entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed See for

However, Vendors & tent/stabling lights have priority
for hook-up use. If staying overnight, horses must be
stabled. NO tying to or leaving horses in trailers
overnight.
