Helpful Event Info:

Please don't park directly in front of the Porta-potties or they won't get cleaned Sunday morning. Eww!

The first electrical hook-up is for The Equestrian Shoppe to use. DO NOT unplug that trailer at any time day or night during the event!

*Note regarding scoring procedures ~ Internet access is required for us to score using STARTBOX. We absolutely LOVE this system, however, our internet connection at Twin Towers is extremely slow. Our office was flooded with people who were watching the results come up LIVE and then, question or complain that a placing wasn't accurate. The placings aren't final until all the scores are uploaded and that process is painfully slow sometimes depending on our signal strength. Having competitors interrupting the scorers only slows down the process more. Please be patient and let them do their jobs. It is our goal to be accurate with the scoring and post in a timely manner, but, we are only as fast as our internet connection will allow us to be.

There are also sometimes riders with multiple horses within a division. This means that they may have to complete their x/c ride during another division..(at the same level) and waiting on that score to come in can delay the division being posted and finalized. I ask that all competitors will be patient and considerate of these situations during the scoring process and not interrupt the scorers during the Horse Trials.
